Interactive music player for BD-Live with dynamicHD

The music industry starts using the potential of BD-Live for music titles. The first EMI Germany Blu-ray release of Top- Star Helene Fischer comes with a world premiere - using dynamicHD BD-Live streaming technology brings audio tracks directly to the living room using BD-Live - including karaoke features

The Helene Fischer Blu-ray release includes 5 songs and an exclusive 18 minute video clip that can be streamed for owners of the original Blu-ray disc. "This release is another step into the future of BD-Live using the Blu-ray player as the unified playback system for CD, DVD, Blu-ray, and now also streaming audio and video content via BD-Live, turning the player/TV set into an interactive music box. The music industry asked us to come up with a solution to distribute stereo and 5.1 audio content so we have developed this module for our dynamicHD BD-Live solution. Content owners can now provide exclusive music content via BD-Live to a worldwide audience. We have added track and composer information as well as a lyrics engine to supply full information on the tracks and also giving the module the ability to serve as a karaoke machine." says Michael Becker, CEO of Imagion.
